Gifts By Madison is amazed by the number of designers jumping on the bandwagon of providing styles for common retailers like Target, Walmart, and H&M. Well, who can blame them since it's their opportunity to reach a larger audience.
Back in 1982, high fashion designer Halston attempted to design a line at Jcpenny, but it was not a hit with his high-end clientele.
Fast forward to the year 2013...
It is a new day and 3.1 Phillip Lim is coming to Target starting tomorrow. This line not only includes great clothes, but handbags as well! Will you be the first in line?
